Ann Thompson

MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST

Ann is enthusiastic about healing work, liberation, and nonlinear routes towards wellness. Her therapeutic foundations are systems and justice centered to provide trauma informed care in collaborative relationships. The range of therapeutic approaches she utilizes include psychodynamics, somatic engagement, and artistic expression.

In addition to being a therapist, she enjoys Seattle's sparkling bodies of water and the tress, mushrooms, and plant friends that dot the landscape.
